Zariya Gormon

This article is about the main character from the fanfic "See No Evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no Evil".

Zariya Gormon, the 28th head of the Gormon Clan and from one of the four Noble Houses in the Soul Society, is the daughter of Kyōko Gormon and Shinji Hirako. She is a former seated officer of the Fourth Division under Retsu Unohana and Co-Lieutenant of the Fifth Division alongside Momo Hinamori under Sōsuke Aizen. She is currently the Kidō Corps Commander and Grand Kidō Chief for the Kidō Corps with the help of former Vice Kidō Chief, Hachigen Ushōda, and is the current Soul King.

Appearance

Zariya is very petite compared to the vast majority of those she surrounds herself with. She has fair skin that is soft to the touch and is nothing short of curvaceous with C-Cup Breasts and has wide, hand-gripping hips. She has large, almond shaped blue-green hazel eyes and plump kissable lips that radiates like the sun whenever she smiles. Her purple-blue-green hair goes down to the midst of her back that is wavy and is easy and fun to play with. Unlike most people who changed their appearance after Aizen’s sentence to the Muken, Zariya did not change a single thing about her.

Personality

Zariya is the living embodiment of Brilliant, but Lazy. She is, perhaps, the smartest person in the entirety of the Soul Society but would much rather sleep all day if she could. But do not let that confuse you for she always gets the job done before going the lazy route. She is also very motherly and is more than willing to go out of her way to help people — especially close friends, family, and children. In fact, she is even willing to help people she does not know, and even the enemy, as long as they mean well. Her voice is soft, melodic, and music to one’s ears. One cannot help but to be in awe when listening to her speak. And the same is just as true as her smile, and even laughter, for one cannot help but to smile and smile because of how contagious her overall personality and demeanor she is.

Now while she is widely known for her sweet, loving, kind-hearted nature should one not take advantage of that (read: Beware the Nice Ones). And while she is not one who normally kills without a good reason she can, and will, kill you swiftly if provoked and with little to no hesitation (read: You Wouldn’t Like Me When I’m Angry). But seeing that side of her is very, very rare and most certainly a sight to behold. That is, of course, assuming one lives long enough to bear witness such a thing.

History

Being the bastard child of former Fifth Division Captain, Kyōko Gormon, and current Fifth Division Captain, Shinji Hirako, Zariya was considered "orphaned" as an infant when her Immeasurable Spiritual Pressure suffocated her mother and step-father to death.

Zanpakutō

Mizaru, Kikazaru, Iwazaru (言わざる, 聞かざる, 見ざる; See no Evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no Evil): Mizaru, Kikazaru, Iwazaru takes the form of a crystalized Phurba.

• Shikai: Its unofficial Shikai release command is “Hey, look! A distraction!” which only shows just a fraction of what her Shikai is capable of doing. Its official Shikai official Shikai release command is “Look not at what is contrary to propriety; listen not at what is contrary to propriety; speak not at what is contrary to propriety; make no movement which is contrary to propriety.” which is far more powerful than what the unofficial version of her Shikai does.

Shikai Special Ability: When using the unofficial release command, it conceals her Spiritual Pressure, hearing what people have to say within a small radius, and seeing what other people are seeing within a small radius). Other than that, this take on Mizaru, Kikazaru, Iwazaru doesn’t do anything special. Its real Shikai, however, reies on physical contact. at the unofficial version of her Shikai does. What it really does is that he Because not only does it conceal her Spiritual Pressure, allow her to hear what people have to say within a small radius, and see what other people are seeing within a small radius, but allows her to use another Shinigami’s Shikai at free will.

• Bankai: Mizaru, Kikazaru, Iwazaru: Jigōjitoku (言わざる, 聞かざる, 見ざる: 自業自得; See no Evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no Evil: You Reap What You Sow): Much like her Shikai, Zariya relies heavily on physical contact to release her Bankai.

Bankai Special Ability: Mizaru, Kikazaru, Iwazaru allows her to use another Shinigami’s Bankai after physically touching them with either her hand or Zanpakutō. She also keeps the abilities she has when her Shikai is activated (concealing her Spiritual Pressure, hearing what people have to say within a small radius, and seeing what other people are seeing within a small radius).

Weaknesses

• Zanjutsu: Because of Mizaru, Kikazaru, Iwazaru being a Phurba — a three-sided knife used that play a big role in Indo-Tibetan Buddhism and Bön — she is unable to take part in a regular sword fight.

Zanpakutō

• Weakness Mimicry: Because of how both Mizaru, Kikazaru, Iwazaru and Mizaru, Kikazaru, Iwazaru: Jigōjitoku work, being able to copy any Zanpakutō's Shikai and Bankai, respectfully, she gains all of their weaknesses when using them. So if she used Shunsui Kyōraku's Shikai, Katen Kyōkotsu, then she would also have to follow the rules of every child's game played.
• Perfecting the Shinigami's Zanpakutō: In order for Zariya to perfect every Shikai and Bankai she copies, she has to go into their Inner World to understand how their Zanpakutō works. So this can take up to several years for her to even remotely get the hang of how they work. For instance, if she were to immediately use Rukia Kuchiki's Bankai, Hakka no Togame, then she could very much end up doing bodily harm to herself while trying to use it.
